Multiple pools, laid back family atmosphere, large well maintained villas

The room was good enough that I was willing to stay a 3rd night if the rate was reasonable (which it was not). That said, my room had a clog in the shower that required maintenance to come the following day. The clog was cleared enough so that I could take a shower, but water still built up 2 inches. The motel advertises free breakfast, but it only had a few unhealthy packaged snacks (pretzels, really?!), some awful brewed coffee and hot water and tea bags for tea. If you're expecting a free breakfast, then don't expect anything so you won't be disappointed.

The location and room was great, but the shower was horrible it was clean. It hadn’t been cleaned at all and I had to put a towel on the floor of the shower to stand to while showering only to see that the drain was backing up into the shower.

N Palm Beach has so many wonderful places to eat, drink, and shop! Many restaurants are on the water- which is one big reason to be here. Beautiful place, beautiful people, and fantastic hospitality.
Waterway Cafe is a must. Seasons 52 is very pricy for the same food you can get elsewhere. If you’re traveling with kids, don’t miss Butterfly World in Coconut Creek. You’ll need a car (not Uber- it’s too far but worth it). There is also Palm Beach Zoo, many parks and beaches.
The drawbridges go up at 15 and 45 past the hour and that could delay you 5 or 10 minutes. Everyone should visit here. The people are very friendly and of every demographic imaginable.

This is one of the most convenient places on the east coast of Florida. I enjoyed meeting lots of people, I found new friends and even had a bicycle ride together with cyclists of one of the local cycling clubs. This is a place to come back. Notably, the food was easy to find because many restaurants were available nearby. I would especially recommend Italian restaurants in Northpalmbeach.

Palm Beach North is a nice area but, I notice a lot of empty spaces where companies have closed. I think, they are trying to improve the streets with the road construction I was seeing in different areas. It’s an older part of town . The place could use a little bit of upgrading. I felt safe being in the area by myself as a woman.

We loved north palm beach, we traveled from Melbourne Fl for specialist doctor visits nothing to do with Covid so we only stayed 2nts, it wasn’t long enough we will definitely be back. We were bummed that all the beaches were closed but considering what’s going on I totally understand why.

People drunk in public places. Stranger was begging money and I was almost accosted when I refused. Told the manager about this and he did nothing. I told front desk staff that I would be checking out in the morning and canceling the rest of my stay and I was charged the highest room rate possible. Manager did nothing to resolve my situation.
I had stayed at the hotel 15 nights before this with little problems. Seeing the total disregard for customer safety I will never stay here again.
I think I was first renter in this renovated property, so everything was new and clean. Many little amenities for renters are indicative of a 5-star hotel. Nice, tasteful furnishings inside & on nice deck. Close to Publix, restaurants, services. Rental agency very responsive to handle minor deficiencies with kitchen gadgets--not an issue now.
I booked this as all the other hotels around at this time was not available and was super costly. The location of the hotel is good, its in a nice locality. The room was spacious with necessary amenities and was clean. House keeping cleaned the room and made the bed on the second day without asking.
The breakfast was non existent! Only a bag of rubbisg!
This was one of the worst hotels we ever stayed in and we have travelled to more than 100 countries.
